	The Elite Florida Insurance Office is Located in the LHI Professional Center.

Elite Florida Insurance, Inc. was founded June of 2002 by Michael S. Horowitz. Michael had been self employed in Palm Beach County for approximately 10 years at that point and almost all of his original clients are still with him and the agency today.

Michael hired his sister Debra L. Horowitz to be the Office Manager. Debra’s prior experience as a licensed Cosmetologist helped her with her understanding of clients needs, her background and education as a bookkeeper enabled her to understand the complexities of insurance policies and premiums. She obtained her insurance license and designation as ACSR after accepting the position. Debra also obtained her real estate license in the process. Michael knew she would be a great fit and asset for the company.

Over the years the Elite Florida Insurance, Inc.’s insurance family has grown almost entirely by referrals. The company philosophy of helping others attain there goals first is evident in all there dealings. Through the years they have added carriers and products to expand with their ever increasing clients needs. The agencies location in the heart of the Palm Beaches and great reputation with business owners makes them a match for high net worth clients. The agency is located directly on the inter-coastal waterway, as are many of the agencies clients, so keeping up with the ever changing insurance market and premiums on waterfront properties has been an agency priority.

Michael S. Horowitz, CIC, CRM, LUTCF, CIPS, GRI, TRC

Michael S. Horowitz is a graduate of Florida State University with a bachelors degree in Psychology and major minor in Communications. He has earned and currently holds several active professional Designations such as: Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and Transcontinental Referral Certification (TRC) to name a few.

He holds multiple insurance licenses, for all lines of insurance and bonding, and is a licensed real estate broker. He is the founder and president of Elite Florida Insurance, Inc., an all lines insurance agency that specializes in insuring businesses and commercial exposures. He is also the founder and president of Florida Realty Brokers, Inc. a commercial and residential real estate company, that specializes in investment related transactions. Michael has been self-employed in Palm Beach County, Florida for over 17 years. His vast business knowledge is an asset to his clients in the insurance and real estate industries.
